Benson TechBoosters are an organization committed to enhancing the student experience at Benson Polytechnic High School. Our mission is to empower student athletes and clubs by providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive. We believe that engaging in extracurricular activities fosters teamwork, discipline, leadership, and a strong work ethic, qualities that will serve our students well beyond their high school years.

Our student athletes and club members work diligently both in the classroom and in their chosen activities. However, the reality is that funding for these programs often falls short of the needs, hindering the full potential of our students. That's where your support becomes invaluable.

Your generous gift to the Benson TechBoosters' General Fund will directly impact the following areas:

1. Athletic Equipment and Gear: Our funds help provide balls, uniforms, and other equipment for our student athletes. 
2. Travel and Tournament Expenses: Many of our student organizations and teams participate in competitions and tournaments that require travel. Your support will help cover transportation, accommodation, and other associated expenses.
3. Student Organizations: Whether it's student government, robotics, music, or acting, our clubs need resources to enhance their activities and create a vibrant learning environment.
4. TechBoosters Operations: Your Benson TechBoosters is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization. Your donation to the general fund will help to support our ongoing work to support our Benson Tech students and community!

Donations made to our Teacher Appreciation and Tech Football Funds will also count toward our fundraising class competition.

We get it - not everyone wants to use PayPal! To show your support without PayPal, please consider one or more of the following options:

1. Drop a check at the school office. Place the check in an envelope addressed to TechBoosters -- and be sure to write your/your student's class year on the memo line!*
2. Employer Match. See if your employer offers matching charitable donations. Check our Benevity online profile for options. Benevity allows for a dollar match as well as employer donations to match employee volunteer time.
3. IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution. Learn More 
4. Donate In-Kind. An in-kind donation is a non-cash gift made to a nonprofit organization. This type of donation is not eligible for our Ready! Set! Go Astros! fundraising competition, but is still welcome and appreciated!
5. Volunteer. We welcome all Benson Tech community members at our meetings and to join our team of volunteers. Join our mailing list for volunteer opportunities here.
